RESIDENCE #3:
We installed a complete landscape at this residence in Vancouver, Washington. It included other items such as a dog run, bluestone patio and paths to hot tub.

RESIDENCE #4:
This particular homeowner wanted to increase parking space without sacrificing landscape. The installation of Turfstone, a permeable paver, not only provides stability for vehicles without killing lawn, but also allows for safe drainage of water. As you can see in the below before and after photos, the turfstone became an extension of the driveway along the side of the house and a place to park in the backyard.
|
RESIDENCE #5:
Located in NW Portland, this was a design/build landscape construction project of both front and back yards. It included custom built garden boxes with a crushed gravel path and wood chip sections throughout the garden area, paver patio, seat wall, lawn, irrigation, plants, decorative boulders and other landscape elements to create a complete landscape.
|
RESIDENCE #6:
The front of this property was updated by installing new lawn, plants, mulch and hardscapes throughout the frontyard such as pavers and stepping stones; it increased the residence's curb appeal.
|
RESIDENCE #7:
As you can see in the below before and after photos, Cascadian met the homeowners needs of providing a low maintenance solution to increasing usability in the limited space. Cascadian designed and built the bubbler rock water feature and paver patio in the backyard for this homeowner on Bull Mtn. in Tigard.

CHERRY PARK APARTMENTS - Vancouver, WA:

Custom-made garden boxes were handcrafted by Cascadian employees. The project included installation and placement of the garden boxes, along with lining the garden boxes with fabric, then importing and placing a garden soil mix inside the garden boxes. A Drip Irrigation System was installed to service future plantings. Compacted crushed aggregate was installed for the surrounding surface areas to delineate the garden area from other areas.
