CURRENT JOB OPENING(S):
LANDSCAPE LABORER
Employment: Full-Time
Pay: $13.00 or More Per Hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description: Work on various landscape construction commercial and/or residential projects; including but not limited to installing: irrigation, permeable unit pavers, retaining walls, lawns, and trees, shrubs and groundcover. Landscape maintenance projects include but are not limited to: watering, mowing, fertilization, and weed eradication.

LANDSCAPE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR
Employment: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 or More Per Hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description: Work directly with the Commercial and Residential Project Managers to achieve the best possible results in completing Commercial and Residential Landscape Construction Projects. You will be responsible for anywhere from 1 to 4 jobs simultaneously, depending on size.
Organize jobs on-site, start to finish, managing orders and deliveries of materials to site, maintaining project schedule, attending project meetings, and performing skill-oriented tasks. Including labor intensive physical moving and equipment assisted transporting of landscape and construction materials required in an all-phase landscape construction environment.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing crews and enforce Cascadian Company & Safety Policies and Procedures. Conduct on-site weekly safety meetings. Track all material quantities, report daily progress through timesheet entries and turning them in with all invoices on a daily basis.
Drive to multiple jobsites, overseeing production and ensure customer service and satisfaction by being the main contact with clients on a daily basis.
Job/Skill Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in all phases of landscape construction and irrigation required.
-Commercial Pesticide License and ICPI certified is a plus.
-Excellent time management communication and customer service skills required.
-Must have a valid drivers license. CDL is a plus.

Essential Functions of Working in a Landscape Construction Environment Include:
*Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling from 10 to 100 pounds.
*Properly stacking 50-pound bags or containers of materials.
*Standing, walking, kneeling, reaching overhead, and using the body to perform all aspects of landscape work.
*Working outside in ALL conditions.
*Operating machines and tractors.
*Operating power tools (chainsaws, jumping jack, etc.).
*Operating non-mechanized hand tools.
*Exposure to: poison oak, bee stings, loud noises, and sunshine.
*Exposure to Chemicals: insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, pre-emergents, sterilants, and other pesticides.
