Project Description:
This 11,000 sqft park is located along Oregon State Highway 730 at NE Main Avenue & NE 8th Street in the City of Irrigon, adjacent to the Don Baxter Skatepark. It is within the Greenway Expansion Plan Area that is approved to be used for historical preservation and beautification of Irrigon.
The purpose of the park was to design and construct an attractive public landscaped children's park that is ADA compliant with playgrounds and recreational areas that support child development and provide a place of learning through historical components integrated throughout the park.
